Best freee Email provider over any domain
I'll be honest, I signed up for DeoMail expecting to cancel within a week. I run a design studio and I'd been on Google Workspace for years, paying for seats I didn't really need. Every time I looked at alternatives they either wanted the same money, or they wanted me to hand over my domain to them, or the free tier was so crippled it was pointless. What got me to try DeoMail was the free plan actually being a real product. Not a 14-day trial, not a "free forever" that turns out to be 500MB and no custom domain. You get your own domain, unlimited receiving, 100 sends a day, and the API. For someone like me who sends maybe 25 emails on a busy day, that's just... enough. I haven't paid them anything yet. Setup was easier than I expected. I'm not a developer. I added the domain, they gave me the DNS records, I pasted them into my registrar and waited about an hour. It worked. The features I actually use are Fade and Fingerprint. Fade lets you set an expiry on a message or revoke it entirely, which I now use for every quote I send. Fingerprint puts a verification hash on the email which my legal clients seem to appreciate, even if half of them don't quite understand what it does. Things I'd change: no IMAP yet, so no Apple Mail. They've been upfront about it and say it's in testing. The web app works well enough on my phone that I've stopped caring much. Support has been fine. I asked once about getting my daily limit raised and got a straight answer the same day. No upsell, no runaround. Three months in and I still haven't found a reason to cancel. That's more than I can say for most things I sign up for.
