I recently purchased a Forza Horizon listing that appeared to be a Steam key. In the English part of the listing, it said “key,” and even the advertisement where I found it stated that it was a Steam key.
However, after the purchase, I received a shared account instead of a key. Only afterward did I notice that at the bottom of the page it mentioned that it was not a key, but that information was written in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish, so I was unable to understand that before purchasing.
I also tried logging into the account to verify whether the game was even available, but the account requires a 2FA verification code that I never received from the seller, making the account inaccessible.
Because the listing was misleading and the product provided is unusable, I would like to request a full refund as soon as possible.
