Paid plans do not change trust outcomes
GuardOpinion business plans provide operational tools. They do not buy ratings, improve GuardScore, change moderation decisions or create preferential treatment in disputes.
Plans can include
- Public replies to reviews and complaints.
- Analytics, reporting and profile performance insights.
- Customer invitation links and review collection tools.
- Widgets, product listings, landing pages and API/support features depending on plan.
- Onboarding, support and account management.
Plans cannot include
- Buying or changing a better rating.
- Increasing GuardScore through payment or commercial pressure.
- Removing legitimate negative reviews or valid complaints.
- Influencing moderation, verification or appeal decisions.
- Receiving preferential treatment in disputes or corrections.
