Compré el producto “HBO MAX / Max Premium 4K UHD sin anuncios” en GGPICK, pedido #615222, factura #62514, el 06/05/2026. En la página del producto se promete un plan Premium, sin anuncios y con calidad 4K UHD / 4K HDR. Sin embargo, la cuenta que recibí aparece como Basic with ads, por lo que sí muestra anuncios y no corresponde con lo ofrecido. Solicito que corrijan la suscripción al plan correcto, o que me entreguen una cuenta que sí corresponda exactamente con el producto comprado; si no pueden hacerlo, exijo el reembolso total del dinero. Adjunto capturas de la oferta, la factura y el plan real que aparece dentro de la cuenta.
