I made a purchase back on April 30, as a result, 3 weeks I wrote to support by mail and no one answered me, today they sent me a letter saying that the order was completed but I did not receive anything, I also received a guardoption guarantee, but I entered the account and did not see anything, the support does not answer the mail and the Croissant seller also does not respond, I did not receive anything and my order was set to completed status, but I did not receive my purchase
